Unfortunately, Firefox and Safari both stopped supporting NPAPI plug-ins (such as Microsoft Silverlight and Adobe Flash) last week, and EPPI Reviewer 4 depends on MS Silverlight. I'd also check that it wasn't blocked by your anti-virus software. Are you using an institutional / corporate machine? In that case, I'd check with your IT people as to whether there are any web / internet security measures in place which would prevent the running of add-ons like Silverlight.
